India, Hindi news, Today's headlines भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेता सुब्रमण्यम स्वामी ने रामजन्‍म भूमि पर पूजा-अर्चना के अधिकार का हवाला दे सुप्रीम कोर्ट से उनकी याचिका पर शीघ्र सुनवाई की मांग की थी। लेकिन सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले में जल्‍द सुनवाई से इन्‍कार कर दिया है।

स्‍वामी को इस मामले में चीफ जस्टिस सीजेआई दीपक मिश्रा ने तत्काल सुनवाई की तारीख़ नहीं दी। सीजेआई ने स्वामी से बाद में आने के लिए कहा है। बता दें कि स्वामी की याचिका की सुनवाई रामजन्म भूमि के मुख्य मामले से अलग कर दी गई थी। India, Hindi news, Today's headlines स्वामी ने अपनी याचिका में पूजा अर्चना के मौलिक अधिकार की दुहाई देकर रामलला की पूजा अर्चना का हक मांगा है।

दरअसल, स्वामी ने अपनी याचिका में कहा था कि सम्पत्ति के अधिकार को लेकर मुकदमा नहीं है, लेकिन पूजा करने का अधिकार मुझे है। प्रत्येक हिन्दू को है और पूजा का अधिकार सम्पत्ति के अधिकार से ऊपर है। India, Hindi news, Today's headlines
